# Paying at ELVANZA

We aim to make the amount due understandable before you place an order. The checkout displays available payment methods, the transaction currency, product subtotal, applicable shipping fees and taxes, and the final total.
## Available methods
Payment options vary by location, device and payment provider. Only methods shown at checkout are accepted; do not assume a particular wallet or card brand is available.
## Authorization and verification
Orders proceed when the payment is authorized or accepted under the applicable method. Banks or processors may request extra authentication or decline a transaction. For your security, never send card numbers, card verification codes or passwords to our support inbox.
## Exchange rates and fees
Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or cross-border charges outside our control. Review the currency displayed before confirming payment.
## Errors and refunds
If checkout fails, check whether a payment was actually captured before retrying. If you see a duplicate or unfamiliar charge, contact your bank and info@elvanza.store with a transaction reference, not sensitive credentials. Refunds normally return to the original payment method under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
